What are your opening hours for the restaurant?

7:30~10:30 Breakfast
10:30-12:00 / 14:30-15:30 Cafe

Do you have parking available?

Yes, a free parking lot is available 3-minute walk from our facility.

Is there a bicycle parking available?

Yes, we have a bicycle parking space on the hotel premises. Please note that there is no roof to cover bike from rain.

Do I need a reservation for the restaurant or café?

Reservations are not required for morning, lunch, or café use. Reservations for dinner are available for à la carte and course meals.

We are a group of four. Can we stay in the same room?

Only the “Kuramae Box4 ” room type can accommodate four guests at a time. Alternatively, you can book two or more private rooms.

Can I drop my luggage before check-in?

Yes, we offer luggage storage. Please feel free to leave your luggage at our reception counter (10:00 AM-7:00 PM).

What is your cancellation policy for restaurant and hotel reservations?

For the restaurant, cancellations on the day of the reservation will incur a 100% cancellation fee. The cancellation policy for hotel reservations varies depending on the accommodation plan, so please check at the time of booking.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Check-out: Until 11:00 AM

What amenities do you have at the hotel?

At SOIL Setoda, we strive to be environmentally friendly, and we do not provide disposable amenities.
However, the following items are available:
Private rooms: Room wear, towels, fabric mist, hand refresher, kettle and blow dryer
Shared shower rooms: Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap

Is breakfast included with the hotel booking?

It depends on the plan you choose. If breakfast is not included in your plan, you could still have breakfast (7:30~10:30).

Do you allow early check-in or late check-out?

Unfortunately, we do not offer early check-in or late check-out.

We are sorry, but pets are not allowed inside the restaurant.
