Q: What time are the business hours?
A: Business hours may change on a regular basis , please check the Instagram account for the latest information.

Q: Is there a parking lot?
A: There is a parking lot available, 5 minutes walking distance from Soil Setoda.
For Soil Stay guest.
Q: What time is check-in and check-out?
A: Check-in is from 16:00 to 22:00 and check-out is until 11 am.
Q: How many days before the accommodation date can I make a reservation?
A: In principle, reservations can be made from 3 months before the accommodation date. Rooms may be sold even more than 3 months ago, so please check the reservation site.

Q: Is there a parking lot?
A: There is a parking lot available, 5 minutes walking distance from Soil Setoda.
As the number is limited, please contact Soil Setoda in advance if you would like to use them.
Q: Is it possible to reserve a parking lot?
A: Only the Soil Stay guests can reserve the parking lot.
Q: Can non-staying guests use the reserve parking lot.
A: We do not accept parking lot reservations for non-staying guests.
Q: Is it possible to stay with pets?
A: Please refrain from staying with pets.
Q: Is there a smoking room?
A: All the rooms are non-smoking rooms.
Q: Is it possible to pay in foreign currencies?
A: We do not accept payment with foreign currencies. In addition to Japanese yen, credit cards are available.
Q: Is it possible to stay with children, is there any special rate for children.
A: Children also can stay. However for children over 3 years old, room rates will be charged as a singular adult.
Q: Can I rent a bike?
A: Yes you can. As we only have a limited number of bikes we recommend you to book in advance.
Q: Can you arrange extra beds?
A: Extra beds are unavailable.
Q: Is there room service?
A: There is no room service available. Please use Minatoya restaurant for dining.
Q: Is it possible to bring meals to the room?
A: Basically you can bring your own meals to the room. Please refrain from bringing food with a strong odor.
Q: Do you have a baby cot or bed?
A: Baby cots are not available.
Q: Is it possible to arrange cakes and gifts for birthdays and anniversaries?
A: We do not have accommodation plans for birthdays and anniversaries but our colleagues are more than happy to assist you for arrangements.
Q: Is there a laundry service?
A: There is no laundry service available. There is a shared washing machine/dryer that can be used for Soil Setoda guests. However please note that it is not available during some hours.
Q: Is there a safety deposit box available in the room?
A: There is a key box for guests in both private rooms and box type rooms.
Q: Is there a minibar in the room?
A: There is no minibar in the room. Please use Minatoya restaurant for dining.
Q: Is there a refrigerator in the room?
A: Only private rooms are equipped with a refrigerator.
Q: Is there free internet?
A: Wireless internet connection is available throughout the building.Wired connection is not available.
Q: Is it possible to send luggage in advance?
A: Yes, it is possible. Please contact reservations.
Q: Is it possible to send luggage from Soil Setoda?
A: Yes, it is possible. Please contact the reception.
Q: Is it possible to delay check-out time?
A: If you would like to check-out late, please contact the reception on the day of your check-out. Depending on the reservation status we are able to extend it up to 13:00. In case of extension, an additional charge of 1000 JPY/hour (excluding tax) will be charged.
Q: Is there a shared kitchen available for guests?
A: Unfortunately, we do not have a shared kitchen.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: 4 days before arrival date: Free of charge.
3 days before arrival date: %50 of charge.
Arrival date cancellations: %100 of charge.
Q: Is it possible to buy out all rooms?
A: Yes. Please contact if you would like to.
Q: How can I join tours?
A: Most tours require reservations. Please contact in case you would like to join them.

Q: IS it possible to make reservations for the restaurant?
A: Yes, it is possible. Please confirm in advance by phone if you wish to make a reservation.
