SOIL Setodaの蔵で焙煎するOVERVIEWCOFFEEを使いながらコーヒーと過ごす時間をもっと身近に感じてもらえるようなワークショップをご案内します。
実際のレシピで抽出を行っていただき、”楽しみ方”を学んでいただきます 器具購入を検討されている方にもおすすめです。
ご予約の際に、お客様の普段のコーヒーの楽しみ方や味の好みを伺っております。
普段からコーヒーを飲まれていない方でも楽しめる内容となっておりますのでコーヒーを身近に感じるきっかけにご参加お待ちしております。

Join this hands-on workshop and discover how to make the perfect cup of pour-over coffee using beans freshly roasted at OVERVIEW COFFEE, located inside the warehouse of SOIL Setoda.
You’ll brew coffee using an actual recipe and learn different ways to enjoy it — from adjusting flavor balance to finding your preferred brew method.
It’s also an ideal session for those considering purchasing coffee equipment and wanting to learn the basics before choosing their own tools.
Before the workshop, we’ll ask about your usual coffee habits and flavor preferences so we can tailor the session to your taste.
Even if you’re new to coffee, this workshop is designed to help you discover the joy of brewing and make coffee feel a little closer to your everyday life.
