Instructor: Miyu Usui
A basic yoga class that balances the yin and yang of the body, suitable for beginners. Find a pleasant sensation by being aware of how you use your body, providing tranquility and strength to both the body and mind. We won’t perform difficult poses, but we will focus on how to use the body properly. In Savasana, you will be guided to an exceptional relaxation time with the original Chinese medicine red bean pack from “Mai Yi Yitang Chinese Medicine Health”.
