This time, the theme is: “Mastering Entomophagy Because It’s Delicious: Tasting the Earth, What True Symbiosis Means?”
The Dialog Event that started in April at Soil Nihonbashi 3rd.
The second session’s theme is “Insect Food, the Savior of Food Problems.” We will invite the representative of “Antcicada” from Nihonbashi to talk with us while comparing different types of tsukudani (Japanese preserved food). It’s a moment where you can experience not only solving social issues but also the profound charm of insects and the joy of living in harmony with nature.
You may think it’s unbelievable, but please try it. It’s truly delicious. You’ll surely become captivated by insect food…!?
