より良くしたいと願う人々のコーポラティブオフィスです。
「入居者=お客様」というフルサービスのシェアオフィスではなく、
「入居者=共同運営者」であり入居者同士が
自治(コーポラティブ / CO-OPERATIVE)
しながら繋がりを拡げていきます。
A down to earth community
Soil Work is a cooperative office for people who wish to improve society not only through the growth of economic capital but also by maximizing cultural and natural environmental capital.
It is not a full-service shared office but rather, a place where tenants cooperate with each other for a better work environment.
日本橋などの都心拠点だけでなく、
コミュニティメンバーが繋がるローカル (地方)や
ネイチャー拠点 (海・山・川) へも展開し、
「都心部からローカルやネイチャーへ」
「ローカルからローカルへ」
ヒトやアイデアの交換を促進します。
Not only in central urban locations like Nihonbashi, but also expanding to local (regional) areas where community members connect, as well as nature hubs (sea, mountains, rivers), we promote the exchange of people and ideas, from urban centers to local and nature areas.

尾道 瀬戸田「Soil work Setoda」、
東京 日本橋 「Soil work Nihonbashi」複数拠点、
千葉 一宮「Soil work Ichinomiya」
神奈川 秋谷「Soil work Akiya Village」
と各地に施設を構え、
都市とローカルで活動する人々の拠点をつくっています。
今後も新拠点、提携拠点が各地に誕生予定。
会員料金はそのままに、
より多くの拠点で多様な働き方を可能にします。
With multiple locations such as Onomichi Setoda "Soil Work Setoda," Tokyo Nihonbashi "Soil Work Nihonbashi," Chiba Ichinomiya "Soil Work Ichinomiya," and Kanagawa Akiya "Soil Work Akiya Village," we are establishing hubs for people working in both urban and local areas.
New locations and partner hubs are planned to be established across various regions in the future. With a single fee, members can use any location they want.
